Florida State University Society of Undergraduate Mathematical Students
The Society of Undergraduate Mathematics Students (SUMS) is the undergraduate math club at Florida State University, reborn from earlier versions of the club in previous years. The current club was founded in 2018, and provides an avenue for students interested in mathematics to connect.
SUMS hosts several general meetings each semester, with emphasis on FSU resources, grad school, research, and conferences. In addition, SUMS hosts study hours and socials througout the school year!
Please see the FSU SUMS Website for the current executive board and contact information for the club president. If you have interest in joining SUMS, you can request to become a member via nolecentral, or email the club president.
SUMS strives to promote a greater sense of mathematical community at FSU and provide resources to aid in student success. Sofia Medina, co-founder and president emeritus.
