calculus 3
- Maple 8 is on most computers in the
FSU labs. There
is a new user's tour item in the help menu. This tour covers more topics
than we need. The sub tour on Graphics is the most important
one for calculus 3.

This section REQUIRES a TI-89 Calculator.
Pawn shops and Ebay have been the
most inexpensive locations to obtain a TI-89 (Under $100).
Here are two locations
on the web where the price of a TI-89 is about $131 (Note shipping costs
negate some of the cost advantage, and also the range in shipping costs.)
Local stores seem to price this calculator at about $150 and up.
