Breezer Refers to Robert Breezer's First course in Linear Algebra which has an eclectic chapter numbering scheme. There are several ways to view this book, I downloaded the big PDF file for these references.
Matthews Refers to Keith Matthews' Elementary Linear Algebra which is one big PDF file.
