Computer Codes for the PLoS One publication

The computer programs below are for PLoS One, vol. 7(4):e34036, 2012. They are used to illustrate the effect of fructose-2,6-bisphosphate on oscillations in metabolism and calcium oscillations in islets. The programs run with the XPPAUT computer software. XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines. It can be downloaded from the website of Bard Ermentrout .
