Computer Codes for the Journal of Theoretical Biology Publication
The computer programs below are for
Journal of Theoretical Biology, vol. 276,
pp. 218-228, 2011. They are used to study the contributions that different
slow variables make to bursting, as well as phase resetting.
The programs run with the XPPAUT computer software.
XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines.
It can be downloaded from the website of
Bard Ermentrout .
