Computer Codes for the Bulletin of Mathematical Biology Publication
The computer programs below are for
Bulletin of Mathematical Biology, vol. 73,
pp. 1292-1311, 2011. They are used to study the transition between plateau
and pseudo-plateau bursting.
The programs run with the XPPAUT computer software.
XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines.
It can be downloaded from the website of
Bard Ermentrout .
