Computer Codes for the Biophysical Journal 2004 Publication
The computer programs below are for
Biophysical Journal, vol. 87,
pp. 3074-3087, 2004. This is the first publication on the Dual
Oscillator Model for islet oscillations. A MATLAB M fiel and an XPPAUT ode
file are both included (they are two implementations of the same model).
XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines.
