Computer Codes for the American Journal of Physiology Publication
The computer programs below are for
American Journal of Physiology, vol. 305, pp. E805-E817,
2013. They are used to predict how, with different models, the K(ATP) conductance
would vary during a period of bursting. The programs run with the XPPAUT computer software.
XPPAUT is free, and runs on Unix, Linux, and Windows machines. It can be downloaded
from the website of
Bard Ermentrout .
